| Return Policy: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without prior authorization. Packages delivered that are visibly damaged or have been resealed with tape other than our “Kemac Security Tape” should be reported at the time of delivery. Notify your driver or delivery person, and make sure they record the damage before you sign or accept delivery. All original packaging and products including shipping carton with bar coded tracking label need to be saved for inspection or return, until the claim has been settled. Report any damages or shortages to your Kemac sales representative as soon as possible. Shipping Information: Unless otherwise stated, all our orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours after they are placed, most orders will ship the same day when placed before noon EST. Please advise your sales representative if your order is time sensitive, and we will accommodate your request whenever possible. Orders are shipped F.O.B. New Jersey, Plush is shipped F.O.B. California & Washington, Candy is shipped F.P.P. Ohio, Rotary & Whistle Stop is shipped F.O.B. Florida. |
